What is Pothole Patrol?
This project is a prototype for a bullet-hell game where the player has to survive as long as possible and upgrade their arsenal from a choice of gear with XP dropped from enemies.
Project Goals:
To have a playable demo that provides the player with a memorable experience.
What did I contribute to this?
I want to push myself to expand my knowledge of how systems like these are managed and expanded upon. As the player progresses more and more will be happening on the screen so it is an excellent time to learn more about optimisation and good workflows.
I also want to build my knowledge of UI systems for this project to present a more polished, player-friendly project at the end.
